I had originally hoped to release this project since last year under our NGO, Circle of Chabacano Dreams, where I serve as co-founder and sole author/creator of more than 50 plus book/zine ensemble of Enriquez Publishing House, created to strengthen Chabacano educational content for ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌ - ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐ฏ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ . However, due to delays and continuing uncertainty, I chose to move forward because advocacy continues.
