1 cup Big Ben's Longganisa removed from casing
nacho chips
2-3 tbsp of oil
salt to taste
tomatoes, chopped
Garlic Sauce:
mayonnaise
minced garlic
evap milk
Procedure:
Heat oil in a medium pan over high heat. Saute longganisa until brown. Cool. Assemble on top of nachos together with tomatoes. Mix mayonnaise and minced garlic. Add milk to thin it a bit. Drizzle. Serve.
