Paksiw na Dilis sa Dilaw

The Caviteñean way of cooking paksiw na dilis.



Ingredients:
dilis (head removed, optional)
vinegar
yellow ginger, minced
garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
water
cooking oil


Procedure:
Clean the fish. Wash thoroughly. Mix all the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Serve.
