Inihaw na Baboy / Grilled Porkchops






Ingredients:
5-6 pieces pork chops
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 to 4 pieces calamansi
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup banana catsup or more
brown sugar
salt and pepper
cooking oil

Procedure:
Combine pork chops with all ingredients except cooking oil. Mix well. Marinade the porkchops overnight.
Remove pork chops from the marinade and add a little cooking oil. Stir well. (This will be the basting sauce)
Grill the pork chops while basting the top part of the pork after flipping it over.
