Inihaw na Baboy / Grilled Porkchops

Grilled Porkchops are sliced pork marinated then grilled. This is a simple recipe wherein banana ketchup was added for reddish and sweeter flavor.

5-6 pieces pork chops
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 to 4 pieces calamansi
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup banana catsup or more
brown sugar
salt and pepper
cooking oil

Combine pork chops with all ingredients except cooking oil. Mix well. Marinade the porkchops overnight.
Remove pork chops from the marinade and add a little cooking oil. Stir well. This will be the basting sauce.
Grill the pork chops while basting the top part of the pork after flipping it over.
