Ham and Cheese Mini Bread Rolls

1 loaf Gardenia white bread
cooked ham, cut into strips
cheese, cut into strips
beaten egg
bread crumbs

Flatten each slice of bread using a meat pounder or rolling pin. Spread butter, arrange a strips of ham and cheese at one side and roll. Freeze for at least an hour. Sliced into 2 or 3 pieces depending on your preference. Deep each roll in the beaten egg then in bread crumbs. Repeat process until all breads are coated.

Heat generous amount of oil in a frying pan. Fry each until just browned. Drain in paper towels. Served with your favorite pasta dish.
