Baked Potato




Ingredients:
medium baking potatoes
olive oil
salt
butter
black pepper
cheese spread

bacon bits


Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Clean potatoes then pierce the skin several times with a knife or fork. Rub skin with olive oil then salt. Place the potato in the preheated oven, and bake until slightly soft and golden brown (about an hour and a half). Slice the potato down the center, and serve with butter and black pepper. Sprinkle with cheese spread and bacon bits on top, if desired.
