Daing na Bangus or marinated milkfish in vinegar and garlic is a delicious Filipino dish. It can be serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
1 large bangus
vinegar
garlic
cloves
salt and pepper
Procedures:
Clean bangus and cut lengthwise from head to tail and spread it flat.
Mix garlic, salt, vinegar and pepper.
Soak bangus in mixture overnight.
Fry and serve.
