Tuna Mushroom Omelette
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 cup cooked rice (optional)
2 (5 oz.) cans tuna, drained
Procedure:
Heat a frying pan or skillet on a stove top. Pour-in the cooking oil.
Once the oil becomes hot, saute the onion and mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the tuna. Cook for 2 minutes. Add rice.
Fry beaten eggs. Cook in low to medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until eggs are set.
Wrap the filling with egg. Share and enjoy!
