Tuna Burrito



INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 can tuna in brine, drained
baby tomatoes, slice in halve
lettuce, sliced
1 can whole corn kernels, drained
salt and pepper, to taste
8 burrito tortillas
1 cup grated tasty cheese

PROCEDURE:

Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
Add onion & garlic, stir for approx 4 minutes or until tender
Add tuna, salt and pepper
Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until heated through. Let cool.
Spoon tuna mixture onto tortillas.
Add cherry tomatoes, corn, lettuce and cheese

Roll tortilla into a tube and serve.
