Isda sa Miso at Mustasa

Fish of your choice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc medium onion, sliced
1 tsp ginger strips
1/2 cup miso
1 bundle mustasa leaves

Clean fish and slice into serving portions. Fry and set aside. Saute garlic, onion, ginger and miso. Add 3 cups water, salt and pepper. Add fish and mustasa. Simmer until done.
