Ingredients:
125 grams unsalted Anchor butter
75 grams sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
10 grams baking soda
115 grams flour
125 grams peanut butter
75 grams sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
10 grams baking soda
115 grams flour
125 grams peanut butter
Procedure:
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla essence at low speed till smooth. Add in flour, baking soda and peanut butter and mix until smooth. Place cookie batter into a piping bag.Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pipe cookies onto the tray.
Bake in oven at 180C (356F) for 10 to 15 minutes till slightly brown and crisp.
Cool cookies and store in an airtight container.
