Ginisang Alamang


Ingredients:
1/4 kg tiny shrimps (fresh alamang)
red onion, chopped
garlic, minced
salt and pepper

Procedure:
Clean alamang. Remove shells and small fish. Wash with running water and, drain.

Place pan over medium heat. Sautee garlic until golden brown. Add onions cook until translucent. Pour in alamang, salt and pepper. Saute until small shrimps turns to orange. Do not overcook. Serve with calamansi.
