1/4 kg tiny shrimps (fresh alamang)
red onion, chopped
salt and pepper
Clean alamang. Remove shells and small fish. Wash with running water and, drain.
Place pan over medium heat. Saute garlic until golden brown. Add onions cook until translucent. Pour in alamang, salt and pepper. Saute until small shrimps turns to orange. Do not overcook. Serve with calamansi.
