If you have leftover Pork Adobo the best way to recycle it the following day to a yummy new dish is to turn it into Adobo Flakes.
Ingredients:
leftover pork adobo
oil
Procedure:
Flake and shred the pork adobo along the grain. (Finer the better)
Mix flaked pork with sauce and let stand for an hour to absorb the flavor.
Heat pan and pour oil. Fry the shredded pork in medium heat until crispy. Be sure to always scraped the bottom of the pan. Serve with sliced fresh tomatoes, salted egg and garlic rice.
