Tortang Alamang

This recipe is a way to recycle ginisang alamang to another yummy dish the following day.


Ingredients:
ginisang alamang
egg
flour
oil

Procedure:
Place left-over ginisang alamang in a bowl. Add eggs and put some flour. Mix lightly. Pour some oil in a frying pan. Put a heaping mixture about 1/4 sup. Fry both sides until golden brown. Drain in lots of paper towels. Serve with vinegar or ketchup.
