Ginataang Hipon


One of my all time fave shrimp dishes although not necessarily a Caviteñean dish.I just loved the blend of thick sauce from the coconut milk and meat of the shrimp combined.

Ingredients:
shrimps
coconut milk
bouillon cube
chili sauce or pepper to taste

Procedure:
Pour coconut milk and let it simmer for a very low heat.
When it starts to boil, mix in the shrimp. Stir it constantly.
Season it with buillong cube and pepper.
Let it simmer until the sauce has thickened up.
