The replacement chicken by Bounty Fresh is so damned pretty that to the point that what was originally intended to be a simple adobo dish was transformed into an elevated baked chicken cut-up meal for a weekend indulgence.
Ingredients:
For
marinade:
1 pack S&R Bounty Fresh
Chicken Cut-ups
4 tbsp lemon juice
Before baking:
2 tsp rosemary
or more
2 tsp lemon zest
Butter, melted
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Procedure:
Mix the chicken cut-ups with
the lemon, salt and pepper and marinate for 1 hour or 2 hours.
Preheat oven 350℉.
Mix butter, olive oil, lemon
zest, rosemary, salt and pepper then rubbed it on the chicken.
Baked for 40 minutes or until
done while occasional brushing it with more butter to avoid the chicken skin
from being dry.
Serve with your choice of side
dishes.
