Ingredients:
Beef Marinade:
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 kilo beef, tapa slice
Fries:
half a kilo of french fries
sea salt and black pepper to taste
oil for frying
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon oil
salt and pepper to taste
4 large sunny side up eggs
fried hotdog clices, optional
Procedure:
Combine the ingredients for the beef marinade and stir together well. Place the steaks in the mixture.
Place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour and up to 48 hours. Fry beef until cook.
Fry onions until translucent.
Fry onions until translucent.
Fry fries according to package directions. Season to taste with salt and pepper and place them on either a large serving platter or divide between individual plates.
Scoop the meat, hotdogs and onions onto the fries. Add fried eggs. Serve immediately.
