Skinless Longganisa


Ingredients:
250 grams ground pork
1 small head garlic minced
1 medium size onion, chopped
3 tbsp of cup vinegar
2 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp fine breadcrumbs
1 egg beaten
Salt and pepper

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in abowl. Place 3-4 tbsp mixture in a plastic food wrap depending on how big and thin you want. Roll firmly and tightly. Chill.
Heat enough cooking oil and fry longganisa over medium heat until golden brown. Serve with fried rice and sunny side up egg.
