Tortang Dulong

Tortang Dulong or silverfish omelet is simple yet tasty fish omelet dish



Ingredients:
1 cup dulong (herrings)
2 eggs
flour
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil

Procedure:
Wash the dulong and season with salt. Add eggs and flour. Mix well. Heat oil in frying pan. Pour about 1/3 cup of dulong mixture and form into circle. Fry until golden brown. Drain in paper towels. Serve with vinegar for dipping.
