Crinkles

    Ingredients:

1/2 cup vegetable oil
12 tbsp. cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup confectioners sugar

Procedure:
Mix oil, cocoa, and sugar. Blend one egg at a time. Add vanilla; stir flour, baking powder, salt into oil mixture. Chill 1 hour. Drop teaspoonful into confectioners sugar. Shape into balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
