Ingredients:

cup flour
1
tsp salt1 tsp baking powder
3/4
cup beer
1/2
cup milk
2
eggs
2
pounds white fish fillets
oil
for frying
Procedures:
Mix
together flour, salt and baking powder.
Add
beer, milk, and eggs. Mix well until smooth.
Let
stand for at least an hour.
Place
fish fillets in batter mixture, coat well, and let stand for 15 minutes.
Fry
fish in hot oil until golden brown. Cook fish in batches to maintain oil
temperature.
Serve
with french fries or potato chips.
