One of my favorite easy to make squid recipes that can be eaten with rice or as plain appetizer.


squid rings
flour (a portion for dusting)
1 egg beaten
salt and pepper
oil for frying

Mix flour, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mixed a little water just to thin the batter.
Dust squid rings with flour then deep in batter. Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with garlic mayonnaise or soy sauce and vinegar dip.
