Ingredients:
4-5 pcs alimango or 10-12 pcs alimasag
2 cups coconut milk
small sized ginger, julienned
4 pieces siling labuyo
1 small onion minced
1 tbsp garlic minced
1 cube shrimp or chicken boullion
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Cut crab in half (if alimango)and steam. When crabs are cooked, see if there is water at the bottom of the pan, (throw away the water).Saute garlic and onion. Add ginger and coconut milk. Wait for milk to thicken while stirring constantly. Add boullion cube, siling labuyo and salt to taste. Serve.
