Ingredients:
500 grams pork belly slices (Liempo)
1/2 can of Sprite/7-up
3 pcs calamansi
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
4 cloves garlic crushes
2 tbs. sugar
freshly ground black pepper
Procedure:
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are well blended.
Put the sliced pork belly into the bowl with the marinade. Cover the bowl. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Grill until cooked. Serve with you desired side dishes.
