BIBINGKA SAMALA

This famous bibingka from Cavite City is actually a biko than a bibingka. It comes in two varieties: malagkit and pinipig. This sweet smelling kakanin has the aroma of coconut oil, panocha and burnt banana leaf.

ROBINSON'S TAMALES

Made of ground peanuts and galapong that is steamed and wrapped in banana leaves. It looks simple at first sight but requires a very tedious process to make. Cab be eaten purely as it is or the Caviteñean way of spreading it as bread filling.
