Chicken Strips







Ingredients:

boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips

For marinade:
calamansi
soy sauce

For breading:
flour
salt and pepper
egg
milk   
Oil for frying

For dip:
mayonnaise
minced garlic

Procedure:

Marinade chicken in calamansi and soy sauce for an hour or overnight.

Drain chicken pieces. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, slat and pepper. In another shallow bowl, beat egg and milk. Dip chicken into flour then egg mixture, then flour again.

Heat oil. Fry chicken, a few strips at a time, for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with dip.

DIP: Mix mayonnaise and minced garlic.
