Inihaw na Liempo

Inihaw na Liempo is known as Grilled Pork Belly. This recipe is more on the sweeter side using banana ketchup thus the red color.


Ingredients:
1 kilo pork liempo, sliced
vinegar
soy sauce
garlic cloves
banana ketchup
ground pepper
salt
cooking oil

Procedure:
Marinade pork into a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and ground black pepper. Drain off liquid and mix with ketchup and a little cooking oil. Grill pork slices while basting with sauce just before being fully cooked. Serve with ketchup or dipping sauce made of soy sauce, calamansi and sili.
