Mocha Butter Icing

It's been ages since I've iced a cake and today I am sharing to you one of the easy to make icing for those starting to bake.




INGREDIENTS:
1 cup confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup evaporate dmilk
1 cup butter
1 tbsp powdered coffee

PROCEDURE:
Dissolve sugar in milk and chill for at least one hour. Cream butter until light and fluffy. Pour sugar milk mixture in thin streams beating continuously. Sprinkle powdered coffee. Blend until spreading consistency. 

Freshly baked butter cake ready for icing :






How the cake looks like after mocha icing had been applied ^_^
