Mangoes & Cashew Refrigerator Cake

This holiday season let me share one of my favorite homemade desserts.

Ingredients:
1 can lady fingers/broas
1 can condensed milk
1 can all purpose cream
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup ripe mangoes, diced into small pieces

Toppings
ripe mangoes sliced thinly
1 tetrabrick all purpose cream, chilled
1 pack cashew nuts, chopped

Procedure:
Line a square pan with broas.
Cook the condensed milk and cream until thick in double boiler. Stir in the butter and diced mangoes. Cool.
Pour a third of the mixture over the broas. Sprinkle with cashew nuts. Repeat the process 2 more times. Whipped all purpose cream and pour it on top. Decorate slices of mangoes. Chill until set.

Note: You can remove the cashews and substitute peaches for mangoes.
