A list of must try foods for those who are visiting Cavite City.

PAT and SAM's BIBINGKA SAMALA
This famous bibingka from Cavite City is actually a biko than a bibingka. It comes in two varieties: malagkit and pinipig. This sweet smelling kakanin has the aroma of coconut oil, panocha and burnt banana leaf. The rice cakes are named after Arturo Samala, who established the business in 1940's.

ALING IKA's BIBINGKOY
Bibingkoy is the classic Chabacano adaptation of the tang yuan. Patties of galapong are prepared and filled with sweetened red mongo bean paste.
